This simply designed I-Beam bridge once crossed over a Rock Island branchline in the heart of Worthington, Minnesota.

It is simply set onto stone abutments, which have been constructed for double track. There is also a missing plate on the span.

The area underneath once served as the Rock Island branch to Sioux Falls. Today, it is an open lot.

The author has ranked the bridge as being minimally significant, due to the age and design.
The photo above is an overview. The photos were taken in a late winter afternoon.
